• I am an in-network provider for BlueCross BlueShield IL PPO and Blue Choice networks. The following are private pay rates if not using insurance.

• 50 minute psychotherapy session - $170

• Individual sessions for Somatic Experiencing students - $150

• A sliding scale may be available for both therapy clients and current SE students. Please contact me for availability.

• I am an in-network provider for BlueCross BlueShield IL PPO and Blue Choice networks. Please reach out to your insurance company to ensure that I am an in-network provider for your specific health plan.

• If your insurance coverage is not BCBSIL, I am happy to generate a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
