• 50 minute psychotherapy session - $170

• Individual sessions for Somatic Experiencing students - $150

• A sliding scale may be available for both therapy clients and current SE students. Please contact me for availability.

insurance

• I am not in network with any insurance companies. For out of network benefits, please contact your insurance company. I am happy to generate a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

• A note on insurance: Insurance companies require a formal mental health diagnosis in order to establish eligibility of services. Therapists billing through insurance must prove that a clients’ mental health concerns are negatively impacting their ability to function on a daily basis. My commitment is to transparency and providing you with the support you need without the additional risk of rejection of claims, uncovered services, and unnecessary labels that are added to your permanent health record.
